They truly went above and beyond to help me while in an unfamiliar area/state and made me feel safe. I like these guys so far! They've worked on my '13 Toyota Avalon (weird clicking/clanking sound from under the hood somewhere, turned out to be some gizmo gone bad in the steering column) and my '12 Audi A6 (engine light on, turned out to be a sender from the water pump gone bad). I like how they present the photos of what they've seen, make recommendations by degrees of urgency, and don't try to add a bunch of extra services.

EBA knows everything about automobiles! Highly recommend them. They figured out and solved my problem with my 2018 Escalade. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and very professional. Their prices are fair and reasonable and I will only do business with these guys. Thank you Jose and Ivan!

Couldn't recommend them more highly. Fair and to the point. I had gone to another shop in Allen that had a Hawaiian name and attempted to rip me off $2700 for a catalytic converter without diagnosing root cause. Called Jose for a second opinion. His shop followed the proper process for diagnosing and determined the correct root cause. Saved me $2,000. A honest and to the point shop. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend EBA Automotive Repair. They are trustworthy, professional, and easy to work with when it comes to getting your vehicle repaired. I especially appreciated working with their service advisor, Jose. He made me feel comfortable throughout the repair process, communicated clearly, and made sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. It’s not always easy to find an auto repair shop you feel you can trust, but I had a very positive experience with EBA Automotive Repair and would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a good experience with the mechanics at EBA, my truck was fixed and has never driven better. My only complaint would be communication, I was told a few times I'd get an update call but wouldn't received it when I was told I would, that aside it was good work at a fair price

Great auto shop. I needed some routine maintenance for my Honda hrv that Jose was able to help me with. EBA is honest and provides fair pricing. They also have a nice waiting room if you want to wait.

Best experience we’ve ever had with an automotive repair shop! Kenny and Jose went above and beyond to help us get our truck up and running while we were out of town. They were honest, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They weren’t able to replicate the issue with our truck, so no repairs were done, but they gave us great advice and helped us navigate what was going on. I especially appreciated that they chose not to recommend repairs when they weren’t 100% sure they would actually solve the problem. I honestly think other repair shops could have taken advantage of our situation, especially since we were traveling and needed to get home. If we lived in the area, EBA would absolutely be our new go-to shop. We’re so glad we found them while we were out of town! And by the way, our truck almost made it home! It broke down about a mile from our house, so we let it cool down like you suggested, tried again, and thankfully made it all the way home. Thank you again for all your help!

The service and customer service at EBA is top notch. Not only can you trust their work performed but you can trust them period. It is hard to find a service that has integrity. But EBA Automotive Repair is one of those places. I have referred several people to them because of that fact! The work quamity and customer service is second to none. UPDATED: Manager reached out to me explaining some of the information was misconstrued by the phone rep, and because of this they adjusted my bill and went over with me what was done, the fact that he took the time to reach back out and correct the situation in a calm a polite manner made me update this to a 4 star review. I will give them another chance because my friends did have a great experience. Past: I brought my car in for a check engine light diagnostic, which was quoted at around $160. I was fine with that. After a few days, I got a call saying I had to agree to pay almost double—around $320—before they would even begin working on it because they thought the issue might be more involved than a standard diagnostic. I agreed, but instead of properly diagnosing the problem, they jumped to the conclusion that I needed a whole new engine. 😂 Then they had the audacity to ask for another $660 just to actually start investigating the issue instead of relying on what the scan tool showed. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The constant price increases and jumping to conclusions without a thorough diagnosis made me lose confidence in their service. Save yourself the frustration and take your car somewhere else. 😊

Professional, detail pics of issues prior to work. Fast service. Clean shop. Recommended I go to dealer on a/c issue because they found a recall on it. Had one recurring issue dealer couldn’t fix that they resolved! Kudos!
